| Advantages | This worksheet is a writing exercise. I don't usually put writing exercises on this website, but I thought it was useful to help students remember this grammar point. |
| Disadvantages | The only 'speaking' component described here is the Listen and Repeat exercise. Of course, I do ask students to speak individually and ask them questions. |
Preparation
- Practice the main grammar points using some ability flash cards.
- Hand out the worksheet and explain how to write the sentences.
- When students are finished, check the answers and encourage them to write their own examples in their workbooks.
A Game?
- If you like and have some Ability Cards, then it is simple enough to apply a Pair Match type of game to the language. See this lesson for an example of this game.
